| John M. Cooper is the president of Cooper Quality Construction, Inc. John makes a commitment to his customers to always be available, provide the best home possible at a competitive price, and to make the process enjoyable for his customers. A little about John… John was born and raised in Currituck County. While attending Currituck County High School, he was an All-Conference Quarterback on the football team, went to the State Finals in wrestling, and also played baseball and participated in track & field. If he was not on the ball field, you could usually find John working. His parents, Ronnie and Mabel Cooper, own Cooper Realty, Inc., so John learned the ropes about real estate, building, and residential and commercial development projects at a young age. On most weekends John was with his parents at Open Houses, construction job sites, and subdivision projects “getting his hands dirty”. This experience not only taught John an exceptional work ethic, but also how to do business in an honest and trustworthy manner. John then attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he graduated Summa Cum Laude (With Highest Honor) with a near perfect 3.9 grade point average. Cooper Quality Construction, Inc was established in 2003… Cooper Quality Construction, Inc. is a licensed and fully insured Unlimited Building Contractor which specializes in building custom homes in Northeastern North Carolina. Further, Cooper Quality Construction, Inc., along with Narrow Shores Development, Inc. developed Cooper Landing Subdivision, an upscale waterfront community in Aydlett, NC. John meets with each customer personally throughout the building process. He is always available, either by phone, email, fax, or personal on-site meetings. John prices each home with a detailed pricing sheet to make sure that the home is priced accurately and at a competitive price. Contracts have plenty of allowances so that customers know exactly what they are getting and also where their money is being allocated on items such as cabinets, flooring, lights, windows, doors, etc. John’s wife, Elissa Cooper, is an important part of the team as well. Elissa has interior design and decorating experience and will gladly accompany customers to make product and color selections. If you are in search of a building contractor, contact Cooper Quality Construction, Inc for a consultation. John is capable of guiding you through the process from beginning to end, with custom plan drafting, permits, site work, and the building process through final clean up. It is a turn-key operation where your only “stress” is making selections on cabinets, lights, paint colors, etc. (the fun stuff). John M. Cooper makes it his personal goal that you get the house you want at a reasonable price and that you are pleased with the product and the service so that you will return for future business. On a personal note, John has a wonderful wife, Elissa Dawn Cooper, and three great children, Lauren Elissa, Marshall Garrett, and Caden Ace. |
